Utilizing the incorrect booking site will result in appointment cancellation.

The recent COVID-19 pandemic has reshaped the way we must do business. If we are to continue to do business, we must adapt our procedures accordingly and adhere to strict social distancing guidelines to protect our employees, protect our customers and do our part to help slow the spread of this virus. We apologize the for inconvenience this may cause - it is not ideal for us either - but we are doing our best to continue operations and provide for you the best we can. Please read the following thoroughly to ensure a smooth visit. We appreciate your understanding during this challenging time!

Member Details

All Groomed for Year Annual and Valet Members and Groomed for Life Members will receive appointment credits at the end of the year for use in 2021 to make up for appointments missed during the pandemic closure.

Please Note: ALL APPOINTMENTS BOOKED PRIOR TO MAY 8th HAVE BEEN CANCELED AND YOU MUST REBOOK!

Pick-up time will be assigned to you based on pet's size, temperament and coat condition.

Please expect groom times to be longer due to social distancing efforts.

We will resume booking on May 8th for appointments beginning May 19th.

***We have determined that to give all customers an equal opportunity at booking under our new guidelines, we will cancel all current appointments.***


Appointment Booking

At this time, we will not be taking appointments or walk-ins for A La Carte services. We have allocated certain days for Members and Non-Members.  On these days, specific appointment times will be available incrementally to disperse customer traffic and allow for proper social distancing. To further minimize interaction and achieve a contact-free environment, appointments will need to be made and prepaid online.



Appointment Schedule

We urge you to be on time to avoid appointment cancellations and additional fees. NO EXCEPTIONS CAN OR WILL BE MADE.

If you miss your scheduled Drop-Off time, please reschedule online. Do not show up later as we will not be able to accommodate you.
If you miss your scheduled Pick-Up window, you will be charged a late pick-up fee and will need to pick-up in the next window after those who are scheduled.

Use our online tip jar to reduce contact during your visit.

Social Distancing and Interactions

For the well-being of our staff and customers alike, customers are required to wear a face covering and maintain social distancing at all times. We ask that you do not enter the salon at anytime and remain outside until instructed by our staff members. Only one customer/group will be allowed in the shop at a time. Please bring only as many people as are needed to assist in handling pets. Outside, we will have a limited number of spaced markers to practice proper social distancing and ask you keep pets as close to you as possible. We must also maintain social distance from the entrances of the businesses around us.  We will not be answering phone calls while we are grooming during salon hours. We will call you if anything changes.

Drop-Off Procedure

We will be implementing a rapid check-in so please listen carefully to the instruction of staff members. If you miss your scheduled drop-off time, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule online. Do not arrive at a later time as we will not be able to accommodate you. We will not be answering phone calls while we are grooming during salon hours. You may experience wait times and advise you plan your time accordingly.
