What do I get with my Groomed for Life (G4L) Membership?
• G4L Lifetime Membership allows you to bring your pet in for grooming once per calendar month for their entire life and choose from any one of our luxury grooming packages. Your membership includes unlimited Prestige and A La Carte services that your pet might need during it's appointment. You may have only 1 pet per membership. There is no limit to how many memberships you may purchase in total, however, total number of memberships are limited and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
What if I need additional services?
• G4L Lifetime Membership includes unlimited Prestige and A La Carte Services during your pet's appointment.
How do I make an appointment?
Appointments must always be made in advance. We do not accept walk-ins.
• G4L Lifetime Members may book an appointment through our website or by calling the salon directly. Appointments are subject to availability and do not roll over from month to month if missed, cancelled, rescheduled or left unused by the customer.
What if I miss or have to make up an appointment?
You are permitted one grooming appointment per calendar month. Appointments are subject to availability and do not roll over from month to month if missed, cancelled, rescheduled or left unused by the customer. No priority appointments will be made to make-up for any missed or cancelled appointments by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they book and complete their appointment prior to the end of the month.
What if I have multiple pets?
There is no limit to how many memberships you can purchase. Each membership is valid for one pet and is non-transferable and non-refundable. However, the overall number of memberships is limited. We do not offer any additional discounts for multiple pets based on the incredibly low, per visit value of our Membership programs.
What if I no longer have my pet?
Unfortunately, memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
What are my payment options?
You just pay the full amount once and that's it. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
What if I already have another membership or promotion?
All G4L Memberships do not expire. It is for the life of your pet.
• Gift Card Promotion holders can have their gift card applied to a G4Y Membership. If you have previously purchased a promotional gift card, the remaining CASH VALUE - not the full promotional amount on the card - can be applied to your G4Y Membership but you must contact the salon directly to purchase - please do not use the online links. • Groomed for Year (G4Y) Members can have their current membership applied to a G4L Membership but it must be for the same pet. If you have previously purchased a G4Y Membership, the remaining CASH VALUE - not the full promotional amount - would be prorated and can be applied to your G4L Membership but you must contact the salon directly to purchase - please do not use the online links. What if I need to contact someone regarding my membership?
Store associates provide you the best and most efficient customer service they can, however, they do not have access to your personal membership account details. You can contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your membership at firstname.lastname@example.org.
